Here is a tank farm. The two large domes are temporary shelters associated with the construction. The 8 tanks are in the foreground. These are "self-diked" tanks. That is, the tank is cylindrical, but the bottom portion is inside the box structure. If the tank leaks, it flows into the box and is detected. If the tank leaks above the box, it is visible, also the whole area is inside a dike.
